I'm very short on time today, so I'll leave you with a really yummy recipe for cauliflower- suitable for every diet I can think of. Its my favorite way to make cauliflower, and my kids gobble it up. I got the basic idea and the name from a bunch of friends that make this similar, but the exact quantity and ingredients are my own.

I love, absoloutely, fresh cauliflower just picked. Some youth at a school picked one for me and there were little shoots coming out of it that I had never seen before. The whole cauliflower was wonderful.

DeleteI roast it at a higher temp - 400 or even 425. Just stir it once or twice to make sure it gets browned evenly.
ReplyDeleteI love the mix of spices you used, as well as the honey. Definitely going to try this one!
