I’m very short on time today, so I’ll leave you with a really yummy recipe for cauliflower- suitable for every diet I can think of. Its my favorite way to make cauliflower, and my kids gobble it up. I got the basic idea and the name from a bunch of friends that make this similar, but the exact quantity and ingredients are my own.
Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
2 tablespoons oil (I use coconut but any will do)
1 tablespoon honey, coconut sugar or regular sugar (or leave out)
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder (optional)
2-3 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Chop the cauliflower into little flourettes
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the cauliflower.
3. Roast in the oven until starting to brown.
Enjoy hot or cold!
