Ingredients:
Omelette
- 3 large eggs (non-organic or organic)
- 50 ml fresh total fat milk
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Baking powder

1. Place the eggs and all the other ingredients for the omelette in a bowl and beat until they are mixed.
2. Cover a nonstick pan with spray-on cook and place on medium heat
3. Place the egg mixture in the pan and allow it to simmer lightly. High heat will cause the eggs to burn quickly because of the milk in the mix. This will give the other ingredients a chance to cook through without the milk burning.
4. Place the spring onions and garlic on the eggs first. This will give the egg its flavour by soaking the onions’ juice into the base.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle the rosemary seasoning onto onions and garlic.
6. Add the Biltong powder and camembert cheese over everything and fold the omelette so that the cheese can melt all the ingredients together. The rosemary compliments the red meat the same way it would when you make a roast.
7. Camembert cheese is excellent for gut health, and its creamy texture makes for really easy melting. It is a very salty cheese, so you only need to use it a little bit at a time. The rind is also [perfectly safe to consume, so there is no need to remove the skin before using it.
Method for adding the filling
Once your omelette is a light golden brown on the outside, you can remove it from the pan. A slightly golden brown exterior gives the omelette a bit more texture and crunch. You do not need to add any more seasoning to this recipe.
