This recipe is both vegan, gluten free, and paleo. It is free of the top 8 allergies. My kids loved this and asked me to make this repeatedly.
Lemon Garlic Green Beans Recipe- Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo and Easy
Ingredients:
1 800 gram package of frozen green beans, or 1 lb 12 oz
Juice of one lemon
Zest of one lemon
6 cloves of garlic, minced or grated finely
1-2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Pour boiling water over your green beans to defrost them quickly.
2. Strain, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, uncovered, for 15 means.
