Lemon Garlic Green Beans Recipe- Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo and Easy

Sometimes the simplest dishes are the tastiest. If you want a delicious and easy side dish recipe, these lemon garlic green beans are the perfect answer. The entire time from start to finish making them is 20 minutes.
This recipe is both vegan, gluten free, and paleo. It is free of the top 8 allergies. My kids loved this and asked me to make this repeatedly.

Lemon Garlic Green Beans Recipe- Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo and Easy

Ingredients:
1 800 gram package of frozen green beans, or 1 lb 12 oz
Juice of one lemon
Zest of one lemon
6 cloves of  garlic, minced or grated finely
1-2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Pour boiling water over your green beans to defrost them quickly.
2. Strain, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, uncovered, for 15 means.
