Q: How do you know what vegetables and fruits are in season?

A: As it is now mid-winter (at least in my Hemisphere), here’s a list of what fruits and vegetables are winter produce and are in season now.

Root Vegetables:

Jerusalem Artichokes

Horseraddish
Sweet potatoes
